Metabolic Enzyme/Protease



Metabolism is a general term for a series of chemical reactions in living things. Metabolic pathways are enzymatic-mediated biochemical reactions that promote the biosynthesis or breakdown of compounds in cells or tissues. As catalysts in metabolism, enzymes play an important role in the metabolism of organisms - not only speed up the reaction but also regulate the rate of metabolic reaction.
