NSC95397（Cat No.:I010430） is a highly potent and selective inhibitor of Cdc25 dual-specificity phosphatases, with Ki values of 32nM, 96nM, and 40nM for Cdc25A, Cdc25B, and Cdc25C, respectively. It exhibits IC50 values of 22.3nM, 56.9nM, and 125nM for hCdc25A, hCdc25C, and hCdc25B, respectively. NSC95397 also inhibits mitogen-activated protein kinase phosphatase-1 (MKP-1), leading to inhibition of proliferation and induction of apoptosis in colon cancer cells via the MKP-1 and ERK1/2 pathways.
