Cediranib maleate (Cat.No:I005145) is a small molecule inhibitor of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor (VEGFR) tyrosine kinases. It is used to treat advanced renal cell carcinoma and ovarian cancer. Cediranib maleate targets multiple VEGFRs, including VEGFR1, VEGFR2, and VEGFR3, as well as c-Kit and PDGFR-β. It has demonstrated promising anti-angiogenic and anti-tumor activities in preclinical studies, and has shown efficacy in clinical trials when used in combination with chemotherapy or as a monotherapy.
