Amikacin sulfate (Cat.No:I003453) is a semi-synthetic aminoglycoside antibiotic used to treat serious bacterial infections. It works by binding to the bacterial ribosome and inhibiting protein synthesis. Amikacin is particularly effective against gram-negative bacteria, including those resistant to other antibiotics.
