WYE-354 (CAT: I000313) is a potent, specific, and ATP-competitive inhibitor of the mechanistic target of rapamycin (mTOR). By targeting mTOR, WYE-354 interferes with the signaling pathways involved in cell growth, proliferation, and survival. This inhibition can potentially have therapeutic implications in the treatment of cancer and other diseases where dysregulation of the mTOR pathway is observed.
