TH1020 is a potent and selective Toll-like receptor 5 (TLR5)/flagellin complex antagonist with IC50 of 0.85μM Chemicalbook. TH1020 inhibits flagellin-induced TLR5 signaling and is ineffective against TLR2, TLR3, TLR4, TLR7 and TLR8.
