TAK-243(Cat No.:I009684) is a potent ubiquitin-activating enzyme(UAE) inhibitor with IC50 of 1±0.2nM in UBCH10E2 thioester assay. In selectivity assays in kinase and receptor repertoires, it showed weak inhibition of off-target targets including type I and type II human carbonic anhydrase. TAK-243 (MLN7243) induces ER stress, inhibits activation of the NFκB signaling pathway, and promotes apoptosis.
