Rupintrivirvr (Cat No.:R009491), also known as AG7088, is a potent, selective and irreversible inhibitor of the human rhinovirus (HRV) 3C protease. In H1-Hela and MRC-5 cytoprotection assays, Rupintrivirvr inhibited replication of 48 different HRV serotypes with a mean EC50 of 0.023 μM. Rupintrivirvr also has immunomodulatory effects.
