Also inhibits LPS-induced STAT3 phosphorylation (IC<sub>50</sub> = 0.5 <span class=/’symbol/’>&#956;</span>M). Induces autophagy and promotes A<span class=/’symbol/’>&#946;</span> degradation <em>in vitro</em>. Also inhibits adipogenesis <em>in vitro</em> and reduces weight gain in diet-induced obese mice.
