Pulrodemstat benzenesulfonate (CAT: I017392) is a potent, orally bioavailable, and selective inhibitor of lysine-specific demethylase 1 (LSD1/KDM1A). By blocking LSD1-mediated histone demethylation, Pulrodemstat modulates epigenetic regulation of gene expression, leading to the reactivation of tumor suppressor genes and suppression of oncogenic pathways.
