Proflavine Hemisulfate (Cat No.:I002353) is a topical preservative that disrupts DNA synthesis by chelating with DNA and causing high levels of mutations in the replicated DNA strand. proflavine also acts as a Rev inhibitor by targeting binding to high affinity Rev binding sites.
