PA-9 (Cat No.: I034143) is a small-molecule inhibitor targeting platelet-activating factor (PAF) receptor–mediated signaling, which plays a key role in inflammation, thrombosis, and allergic responses. By blocking PAF receptor activation, PA-9 reduces downstream inflammatory mediator release, platelet aggregation, and vascular permeability. It is studied for potential therapeutic applications in inflammatory diseases, cardiovascular disorders, and immune-mediated conditions. PA-9 is also used as a research tool to investigate PAF’s role in pathophysiology, offering insights into drug development strategies aimed at modulating PAF-driven pathological processes.
