TAE684 (Cat No.:I004820) is a highly potent and selective inhibitor of anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) with an IC50 of 3 nM in cell-free assays. It exhibits 100-fold selectivity for ALK over insulin receptor (InsR). TAE684 induces cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in cancer cells. As an ALK inhibitor, it shows potential for the treatment of ALK-positive cancers, such as anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) and neuroblastoma.
