NLG802（Cat No.:I025050）is an investigational prodrug of indoximod, designed to enhance oral bioavailability and therapeutic efficacy in modulating the IDO (indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase) pathway. IDO is a key immunosuppressive enzyme that depletes tryptophan and promotes tumor immune evasion by inhibiting T-cell function.
