NGI-1 (Cat No.:I011968) is a reversible inhibitor of the catalytic subunit of oligosaccharyltransferase (OST), with higher specificity for STT3B than STT3A (STT: OST catalytic subunit). In non-small cell lung cancer cells, NGI-1 prevents cell surface localization and signaling of the EGFR glycoprotein but has a proliferation arrest effect only on those cell lines that depend on EGFR (or FGFR) for survival.
