NG 52（Cat No.:I002638）, also known as Compound 52, is a potent and selective inhibitor of the cell cycle-regulating kinase Cdc28p and the related kinase Pho85p. It is a reversible inhibitor that is capable of permeating cells. NG 52 has demonstrated high potency with an IC50 value of 7 μM for Cdc28p and an IC50 value of 2 μM for Pho85p. Furthermore, it is ATP-compatible, meaning it does not interfere with ATP binding.
