Neratinib maleate（Cat No.:I033192）is an orally available, irreversible tyrosine kinase inhibitor used in the treatment of HER2-positive breast cancer. It works by binding to and inhibiting the activity of HER2, a receptor involved in cancer cell growth and survival. By blocking HER2 signaling, neratinib maleate prevents cancer cell proliferation and promotes apoptosis. It is primarily used for adjuvant treatment following chemotherapy and surgery in patients with early-stage HER2-positive breast cancer. Neratinib maleate is also being investigated for its potential use in other HER2-driven cancers.
