MS049 is a potent, selective, and cellular active dual inhibitor of PRMT4 and PRMT6 with IC50 of 34nM and 43nM, respectively. MS049 reduces the levels of Med12me2a and H3R2me2a in HEK293 cells. MS049 was nontoxic to HEK293 cells and did not affect their growth.
