ML303（Cat No.:I019154） is a pyrazolopyridine compound that acts as an antagonist of the nonstructural protein 1 (NS1) of the influenza virus, with an IC90 of 155 nM. It displays an EC50 of 0.7 μM against the H1N1 subtype of influenza virus. By inhibiting NS1, ML303 inhibits the replication of the influenza virus and can be used as an antiviral agent. In addition, ML303 has been shown to activate the interferon response pathway, which is an important component of the innate immune system.
