Mirk-IN-1 (Cat.No:I001490) is a selective inhibitor of the Mirk/Dyrk1B kinase, a member of the dual-specificity tyrosine-regulated kinase family. By targeting Mirk/Dyrk1B, Mirk-IN-1 inhibits its kinase activity, leading to suppression of cell proliferation and induction of cell cycle arrest. Mirk-IN-1 shows potential as an anticancer agent, particularly in breast and pancreatic cancers.
