MD-224（Cat No.:I018172） is a novel and powerful small molecule that acts as a human murine double minute 2 (MDM2) degrader using the proteolysis-targeting chimera (PROTAC) approach. It efficiently promotes the degradation of MDM2 at concentrations below 1 nM in leukemia cells. Furthermore, MD-224 exhibits an impressive IC50 value of 1.5 nM in inhibiting the growth of RS4;11 cells. These findings highlight the potential of MD-224 as a promising anticancer agent and represent a new class of therapeutic strategy in the fight against cancer.
