MCAAD-3(CAT: I040533) is a near-infrared (NIR) imaging probe specifically designed for detecting amyloid-β (Aβ) aggregates in the brain. With excellent blood-brain barrier (BBB) permeability and a high binding affinity for Aβ polymers (Kᵢ > 106 nM), MCAAD-3 enables noninvasive visualization of Aβ plaques in vivo. It effectively labels amyloid deposits in transgenic mouse models of Alzheimer’s disease, making it a powerful tool for neurodegenerative research and early diagnostic imaging. The NIR fluorescence properties offer deep tissue penetration and low background interference, supporting longitudinal studies of Aβ pathology. Supplied in high purity for advanced imaging and neuroscience research applications.
