LDC000067 (Cat No.:I000339) is a potent and highly selective inhibitor of CDK9 (cyclin-dependent kinase 9) with an IC50 value of 44 nM. It exhibits significant selectivity for CDK9, with more than 55-fold, 125-fold, 210-fold, and over 227-fold selectivity over CDK2, CDK1, CDK4, and CDK6, respectively. It also shows greater than 227-fold selectivity over CDK7. By specifically targeting CDK9, LDC000067 has the potential to modulate transcriptional regulation and inhibit cell proliferation.
