JAB-3068 hydrochloride (Cat No.:I045471) is an irreversible, covalent inhibitor of c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK), a stress-activated MAP kinase involved in regulating apoptosis, inflammation, and cellular responses to stress. By covalently binding to JNK, JAB-3068 blocks phosphorylation of downstream targets, reducing pro-inflammatory cytokine production and apoptosis signaling.
