Ivospemin (Cat No.: I029683) is a novel microtubule-targeting agent that disrupts microtubule dynamics by binding to the colchicine site on tubulin, inhibiting polymerization. Unlike traditional tubulin inhibitors, ivospemin demonstrates strong antitumor activity with reduced neurotoxicity, making it a promising candidate for treating various solid tumors and hematologic malignancies. It induces cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in rapidly dividing cancer cells. Ivospemin is currently under clinical investigation and may offer an alternative therapeutic strategy with a favorable safety profile.
