IRL2500（Cat No.:I007361） is a potent endothelin receptor (Endothelin receptor) antagonist with IC50 values of 1.3 and 94nM for ETB and ETA receptors, respectively. IRL2500 inhibits ETB receptor-mediated blood pressure elevation and renal vascular resistance in vivo.
