I3MT-3 (Cat No.: I028811), also known as HMPSNE, is an effective, selective and membrane-permeable inhibitor of 3-mercaptopyruvate sulfurtransferase (IC50=2.7μM) for other hydrogen sulfide/ Sulfasulfase is not active. I3MT-3 targets superthiocysteine residues located in the active site of 3MST.
