Gabapentin enacarbil (Cat.No:I003674) is a prodrug of gabapentin, an anticonvulsant medication. It is primarily used for the treatment of restless legs syndrome (RLS) and postherpetic neuralgia (PHN). Once absorbed, gabapentin enacarbil is converted into gabapentin, which acts by modulating the activity of certain neurotransmitters to alleviate symptoms associated with these conditions.
