GA3-AM (Cat No.:R057887) is a cell-permeable derivative of gibberellic acid (GA3), a plant hormone that regulates growth and development processes such as seed germination, stem elongation, and flowering. The acetoxymethyl (AM) ester modification enhances membrane permeability, allowing efficient intracellular delivery. Once inside cells, esterases cleave the AM group, releasing active GA3 to engage its signaling pathways. GA3-AM is widely used in plant biology to study hormone signaling and growth regulation.
