Fmoc-Val-Cit-PAB-MMAE (Cat No.:I001343) is a small molecule drug conjugate used in cancer treatment. It is composed of a cytotoxic agent, monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE), linked to a peptide consisting of Fmoc-Val-Cit-PAB (Fmoc = fluorenylmethyloxycarbonyl, PAB = para-aminobenzoic acid) which targets and selectively binds to cancer cells. The MMAE component is then released and induces cancer cell death.
