Fludarabine-Cl(Cat No.:I044015)is a chemotherapy drug used primarily in the treatment of hematologic cancers such as chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and non-Hodgkin lymphoma. It is a purine nucleoside analog that interferes with DNA synthesis and repair by inhibiting DNA polymerase and ribonucleotide reductase. This leads to the inhibition of cancer cell proliferation and induces apoptosis. Fludarabine-Cl is often used in combination with other chemotherapy agents to enhance its effectiveness. Due to its mechanism of action, it is typically administered intravenously and is known for its ability to target rapidly dividing cancer cells.
