FAUC 365（Cat No.:I011580）is a highly selective dopamine D₃ receptor antagonist with a Ki of 0.5 nM, demonstrating over 100-fold selectivity against D₂ and D₄ receptor subtypes . Its specificity makes it a valuable tool for studying neuropsychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia and Parkinson’s disease, where D₃ receptor dysregulation is implicated . In preclinical studies, FAUC 365 has been shown to prevent memory impairment in dopamine transporter knockdown mice, suggesting potential cognitive benefits . Despite its promising pharmacological profile, FAUC 365 has not advanced beyond preclinical development and remains primarily a research compound .
