Endosidin-2 (Cat No.: R067046) is a small-molecule inhibitor that specifically targets EXO70, a subunit of the exocyst complex essential for vesicle trafficking and exocytosis. By binding to EXO70, Endosidin-2 disrupts exocyst function, impairing processes such as cell polarity, secretion, and plasma membrane remodeling. It has been widely used in plant biology to study exocytosis and cell growth, as well as in mammalian systems to explore vesicle trafficking pathways.
