EB-3D（Cat No.:I017227） is a highly potent and selective inhibitor of choline kinase α (ChoKα), specifically targeting ChoKα1 with an IC50 of 1 μM. By inhibiting ChoKα, EB-3D disrupts the synthesis of phosphocholine, a key component of cell membranes. This disruption leads to dysregulation of the AMPK-mTOR pathway and triggers apoptosis in leukemic T cells. EB-3D shows promise as a potential therapeutic agent for targeting ChoKα and inhibiting cancer cell growth.
