DBCO-PEG1-NHS ester（Cat No.:I016067）is a compact heterobifunctional crosslinker bearing a dibenzocyclooctyne (DBCO) group and an N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) ester separated by a short PEG1 spacer. The DBCO moiety supports copper-free strain-promoted azide–alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC), enabling fast, selective, and biocompatible conjugation with azides under physiological conditions. The NHS ester reacts readily with primary amines, forming stable amide bonds for biomolecule coupling. The short PEG1 chain provides minimal spacing while maintaining solubility and reactivity. This reagent is useful in antibody–drug conjugates, targeted probe development, bioorthogonal labeling, and surface functionalization strategies.
