Cudetaxestat（Cat No.:I045114）is an investigational oral autotaxin (ATX) inhibitor developed for the treatment of fibrotic diseases, including idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). By blocking ATX, Cudetaxestat reduces the production of lysophosphatidic acid (LPA), a lipid mediator that promotes inflammation, fibroblast activation, and tissue scarring. Its mechanism targets upstream fibrotic signaling pathways, aiming to slow or halt disease progression.
