Celastrol(Cat No.:I003238), also known as tripterin, is a natural compound derived from the root bark of the traditional Chinese medicinal plant Tripterygium wilfordii. It has been found to possess potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Additionally, celastrol has been identified as a novel inhibitor of heat shock protein 90 (HSP90), a chaperone protein involved in the stabilization and function of various client proteins, including oncogenic signaling molecules. The inhibition of HSP90 by celastrol can disrupt multiple signaling pathways involved in cancer cell survival and proliferation, making it a potential candidate for cancer therapy.
