Avadomide (Cat No.:I000128), a novel pleiotropic modifier compound, exhibits antitumor and immunomodulatory activity in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Its molecular target is cereblon (CRBN), a substrate receptor of the E3 ubiquitin ligase complex CRL4CRBN. By binding to CRBN, anandamide modulates the activity of various cellular pathways, leading to the inhibition of tumor cell growth and immune modulation. This unique mechanism of action makes anandamide a promising therapeutic option for the treatment of DLBCL and potentially other malignancies.
