BS-181 hydrochloride (Cat.No:I001519) is a highly selective CDK7 inhibitor with an IC50 value of 21nM, showing over 40-fold selectivity for CDK7 compared to CDK1, 2, 4, 5, 6, and 9. It promotes cell cycle arrest and inhibits cancer cell growth in vitro, and inhibits tumor growth in vivo.
