(+)-Bicuculline (Cat.No:I003708) is a natural alkaloid compound found in certain plants, including the seeds of the plant Adlumia fungosa. It is a potent antagonist of the neurotransmitter gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) and has been studied for its potential applications in neuroscience research. (+)-Bicuculline has shown to block the effects of GABA in preclinical studies. It is also used as a tool compound to study GABA receptor function.
