BAZ2-ICR(CAT: I004082) is a potent, selective, and cell-active BAZ2A/B bromodomain inhibitor, with IC50 values of 130 nM (BAZ2A) and 180 nM (BAZ2B), and Kd values of 109 nM and 170 nM, respectively. It exhibits 10–15-fold selectivity over CECR2 and >100-fold selectivity versus other bromodomains, establishing it as a high-quality epigenetic chemical probe. In U2OS cells, BAZ2-ICR (1 μM) displaces BAZ2A from chromatin, confirmed by FRAP assays. The compound demonstrates excellent solubility, microsomal stability, and oral bioavailability (70% at 5 mg/kg). With robust pharmacokinetics and cell activity, BAZ2-ICR is a valuable tool for epigenetics and chromatin biology research.
