AT-406 HCl(Cat No.:I022584) is a small molecule inhibitor of multiple anti-apoptotic proteins, including IAP family members (cIAP1, cIAP2, and XIAP) and the Bcl-2 family member, Mcl-1. It acts by disrupting the interaction between these proteins and pro-apoptotic factors, leading to the activation of the intrinsic apoptotic pathway. AT-406 HCl has been shown to have anti-tumor activity in preclinical studies and is being investigated as potential cancer therapeutic.
