AI-10-47(Cat No.:I044599)is a selective small-molecule inhibitor that disrupts the interaction between CBFβ and RUNX transcription factors, key regulators of gene expression in hematopoiesis and leukemogenesis. By blocking this protein-protein interaction, AI-10-47 interferes with the function of the RUNX1-CBFβ complex, leading to differentiation and apoptosis of leukemia cells, particularly in acute myeloid leukemia (AML). It has shown strong anti-leukemic activity in preclinical studies without affecting normal hematopoietic cells.
