A-1331852 (CAT: I000170) is a potent and selective inhibitor of the anti-apoptotic protein MCL-1. It binds to MCL-1 with high affinity, disrupting its interaction with pro-apoptotic proteins, thereby promoting apoptosis in cancer cells.
