2C-<wbr></wbr>B is a hallucinogenic designer drug which potently activates the serotonin receptor 5-<wbr></wbr>HT2C (pEC50 = 6.8 for arachidonic acid release). 25B-<wbr></wbr>NBOMe is a derivative of 2C-<wbr></wbr>B, characterized by the addition of a benzyl-<wbr></wbr>methoxy (BOMe) group to the amine.
