T-1105（Cat No.:R018060）, is a broad-spectrum viral polymerase inhibitor and a structural analog of T-705. After conversion to ribonucleoside triphosphate (RTP) metabolites, T-1105 inhibits the polymerase of RNA viruses. It demonstrates antiviral activity against a range of RNA viruses, including Zika virus, influenza virus, arenavirus, bunyavirus, West Nile virus, yellow fever virus, and foot-and-mouth disease virus. T-1105 can be produced through the action of nicotinamide mononucleotide adenylyltransferase.
