2,5-DINITROTOLUENE (CAS 619-15-8) is a yellow to orange-yellow crystals with characteristic odour, which is often used in chemical synthesis. Dinitrotoluene is frequently used as a plasticizer, deterrent coating, and burn rate modifier in propellants.
