Zinc acrylate(Cat No.:M059715)is a white, odorless powder or crystalline solid formed by the reaction of acrylic acid with zinc. It acts as a crosslinking agent and is widely used in rubber compounding, particularly in golf ball cores, shoe soles, and industrial elastomers, where it enhances tensile strength, resilience, and heat resistance. In polymer formulations, zinc acrylate improves mechanical properties and adhesion. It is also used in dental materials and specialty coatings. Though generally stable, it should be handled with care, as dust inhalation or prolonged exposure may cause irritation to the skin, eyes, or respiratory tract.
