WDR5-IN-4 TFA(CAT: I045970) is a potent, selective small-molecule inhibitor of WD repeat-containing protein 5 (WDR5), a core component of the MLL/SET1 histone methyltransferase complex. By disrupting WDR5–MLL interactions, this compound blocks H3K4 methylation, thereby modulating gene transcription programs linked to oncogenesis. The trifluoroacetate (TFA) salt form improves handling and solubility for experimental use. WDR5-IN-4 TFA is a valuable tool for studying epigenetic regulation, chromatin remodeling, and transcriptional control in cancer biology. It supports drug discovery efforts targeting WDR5-dependent pathways, particularly in leukemia and other malignancies where aberrant histone methylation drives disease progression.
