VH032-OH（Cat No.:I015246）is a hydroxylated derivative of the von Hippel–Lindau (VHL) E3 ligase ligand VH032, widely used as a building block in proteolysis-targeting chimera (PROTAC) design. The hydroxyl group provides a functional handle for chemical modification, enabling conjugation to ligands of target proteins through suitable linkers. Retaining high affinity for VHL, VH032-OH facilitates the recruitment of the ubiquitin–proteasome system to degrade disease-relevant proteins selectively. It is an essential intermediate in chemical biology, medicinal chemistry, and drug discovery for advancing targeted protein degradation strategies.
